Was the best… even with me being so anxious and ready to move they was helpful an had patience every step of the way! Ms Beverli did a awesome job. I would recommend anybody to her. She take her time with you. Make sur that the home that you are surely getting is ready to live in is in your comfort zone. I am sooooo happy to post this review! Reedy and Company has been such a blessing of a company to work with. The Director of Leasing A.B. Rogers is by far an amazing person. He worked with me, and gave me a chance at renting a beautiful new construction rental home. My Leasing Agent Beverli was so kind, sweet, and helpful. She worked so well with me from start to finish. My kids and I are so excited to move into our beautiful, new rental home soon!!!

After applying through a few other rental companies after selling our home and got messed around by all of them, we finally found a Beautiful, Temporary Home with this company in only a weeks time!! I haven’t rented from an agency in 13 years. I was referred by a friend and I must say I’m impressed with their professionalism,friendliness and the turnaround time to complete the minor repairs after moving in. It’s been 3months in my new home and I love it! (gotta say the painter was a little lazy). Evette my leasing agent is friendly, and full of spunk! Ada has a warn spirit, very friendly, and thorough! Now, AB raised the bar exceeding my expectations! He’s professional and friendly! If you are on the fence about renting, I definitely would recommend choosing Reedy & Co.

I think you guys and girls are awesome to have in our Berclair neighborhood. I have owned a home in Berclair for 22 years now. Also lived in Highland Heights for about 10 years. I see Reedy all over this part of the city. I am happy to see the new homes on Tut coming together so quickly. They are looking fine! I may have a lead for your company. It is 536 Berclair Rd. 38122. It has been vacant for more years than I can remember but I would buy the house low and add on more to that house or add another house on the vacant lot right next to the house. This company notified me of the lease takeover but not the company that I was renting from. The lack of communication is not what you will find here. The people that work here are professional and total recommend renting from them. The few maintenance requesting had was done in a timely manner. Kelly Rodriguez really was a great help when I was looking for my next home. She made the process super fast and super easy. The pressure was on because my time to move out was close . She communicated to a mucher greater degree. She will respond to your emails immediately after viewing them.

Best company to work with especially if moving cross country !! We moved from out of state 14 hrs away and they stayed in contact with us through the whole process. Ms.Evette was very polite & even when we weren’t able to contact her, Mr.AB took care of us as well. This is a very trust worthy business and they’re verified through the BBB so no scams. They are very diverse so no worries about certain tensions or worries of denial due to other “reasons” unlike other realty companies. They care & they get you into something even if you don’t qualify for something else . Until our dream house is built we will continue using them. Thank y’all.
